The yellow floor tiles in the foyer have been taken up. The coat closet is gone. The foyer wall is still up since it’s load bearing. We need to wait on a special beam before it comes down.
Living through a reno story:
I found myself in unknown waters today. Keith goes into the restroom asking why there’s a bowl of cereal on the vanity? I yelled from the garage (since that’s where our fridge is) that I’m getting milk out of the fridge to pour in the bowl. I had to make my cereal on the restroom vanity because it’s the only counter left to set things on. I will never take a kitchen counter for granted again.
